REVIEWS
Björk, in dramatic black plumed Alexander
McQueen, frothed hair, and crystal face mask, performed a stunning
rendition of Bachelorette (style.com)
Eclectic Icelandic singer Björk could be an escapee from
Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum at the Fashion Rocks concert. Decked out like a
mannequin used to teach Fashion History 101, Björk models an original Alexander
McQueen empress gown of black velvet, sequins, lace and feathers. Her head's
covered in a frizzy fright wig-net, her face painted white and emblazoned with
pasted-on jewels. To anyone who bet Björk couldn't top her birdbrained Oscar
swan dress, you owe us--big. (eonline.com)
